Q:What are the payment terms?

We usually do T/T 30% deposit, the balance should be paid before shipment. We will also provide other legitimate payment terms ifyou have a reasonable request.

Q: What certifications have we passed?

Our materials are environmentally friendly, manufactured and tested strictly according to European/American toystandards. such as EN71. ASTME963. CPSIA. etc.

PRECAUTIONS

1.For the safety concern, playing with inflatables when they are being inflated less than 15mins, which is not allowed. Also, stopplaying if you notice that the toys are damaged or leaked.

2.In order to avoid potential harms and losses, please check and remove all the sharp objects that might crack the material before playing with them.

3.Keep an eye on your kids when they are playing with inflatables, adult supervision is highly recommended.

4.To avoid the damage and instability that overload might cause, the maximum operating time of air blower should not be longer than10 hours.

Our inflatable combo can be used more than 1 year. If it is damaged, you can material to repair it. Because it is too long distance to ship goods back, we will send a kit bag for every inflatable products.

5.Can we get a free sample?

You need to pay the cost for the sample, because we always offer great workmanship and use the best materials, those are much cost for us, but we will return the cost to you if you will make quantity order.

6.Do you test all your goods before delivery?

Yes, we have quality control system to make sure products delivered perfect, and show you the photos of the products and packages before delivery.
